Цель ис­сле­до­ва­ния. Опре­де­лить рас­про­стра­нен­ность де­ли­рия в по­слео­пе­ра­ци­он­ном пе­ри­о­де по­сле эн­до­про­те­зи­ро­ва­ния ко­лен­но­го и та­зо­бед­рен­но­го су­ста­вов. Ма­те­ри­ал и ме­то­ды. Про­ве­ден ре­тро­спек­тив­ный ана­лиз 13722 ис­то­рий бо­лез­ни па­ци­ен­тов, ле­чив­ших­ся в ФГБУ ФЦТОЭ г. Бар­наула в 2013–2016 г. (эн­до­про­те­зи­ро­ва­ние та­зо­бед­рен­но­го су­ста­ва –6431, эн­до­про­те­зи­ро­ва­ние ко­лен­но­го су­ста­ва – 7321). Па­ци­ен­ты не бы­ли ран­до­ми­зи­ро­ва­ны по по­лу и воз­рас­ту. 97% боль­ных опе­ри­ро­ва­ны под регио­нар­ной ане­сте­зи­ей. Де­ли­рия по­сле об­щей ане­сте­зии не от­ме­че­но. Кри­те­ри­ем оцен­ки па­то­ло­гии бы­ло при­ня­то опре­де­ле­ние де­ли­рия по МКБ-10.Ре­зульта­ты. Де­ли­рий в ран­нем по­слео­пе­ра­ци­он­ном пе­ри­о­де раз­вил­ся у 69 па­ци­ен­тов (0,5%) в пер­вые 24 ч по­сле опе­ра­ции, сред­няя про­дол­жи­тель­ность 5,7 сут (от 2 до 22 сут).За­клю­че­ние. Objective. Is to determine the incidence of delirium during the postoperative period following endoprosthesis replacement of knee and hip joints. Material and methods. A retrospective analysis of 13722 medical records of the patients treated in the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Federal Center of Traumatology, Orthopedics and Endoprosthesis» in Barnaul during the period of 2013–2016 (hip replacement – 6431, knee replacement – 7321) was performed. Patients were not randomized by sex and age. 97% of the patients were operated under regional anesthesia. There was no delirium following general anesthesia. The criterion for evaluating pathology included the definition of delirium according to the ICD-10.Results. Delirium during the early postoperative period was in 69 patients (0.5%) during the first 24 hours after the operation; the average duration was 5.7 days (from 2 to 22 days).Conclusion.
